You know what the bridge and tailpiece settings are on your Luthier built LPC so use that as a guide. Now obviously your SG is out of sorts so when you look at your guitar look at the string height action,if its acceptable check the neck relief. Finger on first fret low E and another finger down the neck maybe the 15th fret or so.now if the neck relief is acceptable then you take a look at the tailpiece and make a assesment. now if the string action seems high envission in your head if you lowered it to were you like where would that put the tailpiece. so ya i hope its a good one you get.
Looks about right on the replica Robert.Look at those big bridge studs. Heavy duty.
Breaking into sections it will be hard to play . Bro I think your overthinking this whole deal and having pretty high expectations myself.
If it where a Rolex yes should be perfect a Lambo yes perfect a guitar that depends. Now Man I have bought and had and sold so damn many over the last few years and every damn one needed a setup I had hell with my Sg diablo premium plus top but once dialed in it was nice playing.
My 2014 V Johnny can tell ya it was driving me batty getting just right I gave in had it pro setup and its fine now . My Lp traditional plaintop
was the only Gibson regardless of price that had a great setup right out the case. Did you Take that Mustang all part and inspect it with a fine tooth comb
are just drive it when you got it ? I say get the guitar play it awhile get it pro setup if need be and go from there.

You don't want a Gibson I think this is what you really want.
Gretsch G5445T Double Jet with Bigsby - Black
got a satin 2016 gold top coming.
Without the Bigsby I'd like that. We obviously share the same thoughts on the Bigsby's Robert. I am sooo envious of your US prices. That same guitar is listed as $999.00, down from the RRP of $1299.00 here in Oz. CheersYou don't want a Gibson I think this is what you really want.
