Well, I definitely still have some fuel in the tank, not full, but enough. Although I may have partied myself into immobility. Woke up with the WORST charliehorse-style-like cramp on the left side of my neck and did most of that funkin' without bein' able to turn my head. Ever get a cramp in the calf after a long night of drinkin' that kicks you awake? Imagine that in the back of your neck. It's intermittent but just knowing the $#!+ could sneak up on me at any moment if F'IN me ALL KINDS of UP. Alternating Hot showers and Ice packs. Nearly two weeks you say, Brad? Damn... A song a week? Don't have anything up my sleeve for THIS one... But I DID just finally get my MAZE Yellow SOLAR 42. :bump:
 
@Ku² you and I are much the same, brother. Musical geniuses, extraordinarily handsome, sexual dynamos, creatively insane, and currently battle-damaged.

I'd hate to see us expend our formidable energies at each other, to watch for some kooky millenial evil liver roll thru to victory waving his band-aided hand and cackling at us with glee while we lay near-death upon medical gurneys.

We both need to carefully consider who truly deserves a few brush-off pitches ahead.

@Randy Van Malmsteen jazzes it serious with his "All That Jazz" - Some great combos thrown there, and
the tone was like buttery warm butterscotch toffee dripped slowly into my ear.

He has earned himself a solid 24K gold virtual Riffmasters participation trophy

These two side challenges are due July 26, 7PM

As always, ALL RiffMasters challenges are open to any TTR member.
The only fail is not taking part in this fun and creative musical safe space!

Before this round is over you can try for points (many points can be earned just for participating).
But it's not really about points! It's about creating, participatin' and sharing with forum friends.

The saving grace in the sentence by

Jazz, in particular a classic piece I have become obsessed with and have been working on tirelessly .
The progression is mostly flat.
The main solo instruments are drums, saxophone, and piano. I am replacing the piano and sax with guitar. So EZ drummer , a bass line , guitar rhythm and saxatar.
