B flat major 7th ( E standard tuning)View attachment 64612
So anyway, what would be the terminology of this chord. If I play it at the 3rd fret it would be B something, but what? I like it. It is a bit melancholy. Sounds really good on a distorted DSL with the guitar volume rolled way back.
Sound fantastic, but I ordered 100 1010 nickel plated humbucker slugs from FX Addiction instead.Tacos?
We are not allowed to use aluminum ladders either. Not aluminum, it is conductive - getting whacked with 277 hurts like hell.
The plans I had were the bid set, and no specs on any of the work, I just know that because of it being a commercial bld, 16” on center is never been approved by any other party, so I made the decision to go 12” on center, and got scolded for wasting money, and should have made a phone call!!Hey Mitch, I saw your stringer pics earlier. What say you about the spacing question I had?
Ummmmmmmm.....hmmmmmmmmm.......so he’s happy with his pickups? So anyway, Paul Reed Smith can talk some serious poo-poo. My favorite is when he compares an HB to a single coil pickup and invites you to marvel over his special new menthod for tuning pickups to a note. He may be going from snake oil salesman to crazy person with this one.
He even took a moment of his precious time and considerable genius to condescend to us dummies who are not "in the industry". What an ass. This is exactly how he acted for a full hour when I got in an exchange with him.Ummmmmmmm.....hmmmmmmmmm.......so he’s happy with his pickups?
Tuned to evoke “a note”?....sounds like white long sleeves that tie in the back time for Paul![]()

Ya know, come to think of it, each of my guitars is tuned with a pickupPRS TCI pickups - what's the deal ?
in the clips they sound gorgeous ! :drool the snake oil blurb says "Tuned Capacitance Inductance", and "Each TCI pickup set is tuned to the specific guitar". over at the PRS forums they seem to believe this is done individually for every single guitar - I'm having a hard time buying this...www.thegearpage.net
