So Anyway...

Back to Mitch and Gold Stringers, HEY Mitch, am I understanding that you generally would build commercial stairs using 12 inch centers or as you put it, evenly spaced given the width of the Set?

I am almost with you on how 12 inch seems like a sound choice for commercial use in which it is likely numerous people may be using a stairs simultaneously unlike what a home type set is likely to see. To me it is a liability safety issue which is mitigated by a few extra dollars in lumber for the 5 stringers instead of 3 or 4.

Hey Mitch, I saw your stringer pics earlier. What say you about the spacing question I had?

So anyway, I usually post my gripes on this thread.....
The shower drains have been a little slow lately, according to my wife and daughter.
I'm in and out quickly so I guess it doesnt have time to fill the line and back up.

So, today I'm up on time for work and - you guessed it, I'm standing in about 2 inches of water.
Grrrr.!! :BH: :BH:

After fighting the trap and pipe bends for a while, I finally managed to snake down in and pull out a Huge hair ball......
Interesting, right, lol sry.
The 2 ladies and my son all have long hair (while I have mostly - none).
Why me, lol?

The upside is I didn't have to call a plumber and was only an hour late for work.
No downside, surprisingly I am not annoyed.

I was, but after reading through the threads here this morning I have shaken it off.
Thats really the only reason I posted this; to tell you all how thankful I am to be part of this forum.

Thanks all.

Got this thing low, ended up making it a corner hugger cause of using it for work calls. The bar absolutely stopped the sway & plants it. Previous guy had it semi blted but not on right. Can all but drive this thing without brakes & throw it in the corners & come out like a rocket. The other day an Audi was was trying to tail me..not even close.

I definitely should have been more specific...:)....tracking a package....something that I ordered a couple/few weeks ago...

But that reminds me...I haven’t added anything to The Bastard Factory SoundCloud page in a bit...I should see if I can dig something up:)

So anyway...
Prep work on summer steaks tonight...it’s butcherin’ time...
20+ pounds of bone out rib eye...par-frozen for neatness. It makes for some cold work though.

Many 2.5 to 3 finger steaks...11 of them actually. Much good grilling ahead. All vacuum sealed, and in the freezer...except the one I have set aside for tomorrow :)
