Now that I listen again...it’s 2D for me between the two. This is my favorite profile I’ve heard so far....the Mesa Mark V.
You got it again!Again, I like both.
1D=Kemper+amp
2D=Kemper
Similar to the last I commented on...1D is fluffy and warm, while 2D is a bit more 3D, crisp, and clear. I think, in this case, my preference is for the 2D. Although it would depend upon the application.
I might add that all this sounds different than the monitor speakers in person, and I am sure the Kemper power section would impart a tone too.
This direct recording, so not much going on in the room.I'm sure that's the case because there's something missing in all the Soundcloud clips - as you say, in the room, the sound is no doubt much more alive in a way that's not coming across (to my ears at least) in the clips.
I'd also probably agree with Thatbastarddon that 2D is my favourite thusfar (although, it still lacks a bit of dynamic movement in the Soundcloud clip).
Indeed! I am happy for him! There seem to be some useful sounds to be had...this has been his first outing with the Kemper. I’m sure that he will have a good bit of fun with it.You are wallowing in pools of modulation and sound fluctuations there, RVA... :dood:
It's certainly nice to have so many sounds at your fingertips. The Kemper is quite an amazing bit of kit.

Each effect within a profile can be adjusted as if it were a physical pedal, and pedals can be subtracted or added, so that each profile is a myriad of possibilities in itself.You are wallowing in pools of modulation and sound fluctuations there, RVA... :dood:
