So, @chilipeppermaniac , what are the two small toggle switches? Coil splits?

Nice. I never thought the out of phase option could be useful until I had it in a guitar and now I think its awesome.

Once I get it plugged in, I hope it fires on all cylinders to the level that makes me say, Excuse me, I think I may need to change my shorts. When I opened the case at noon, the first view of the front looked sweeter than pic glares showed on the ad.

I sure will make it feel treasured, especially since it has the honor to take the place of my NUMBER 1, my first ALL BLACK LP that I can only hope to cross paths with in my lifetime. Man o Man what my emotions would be if that ever happened.

Here is something I have been waiting for for 30 years, ever since I sold my first ever guitar of my own. My 1979 BLACK LP STD. ( for reference sake, I only guess at the details since I bought it used, it had no " STANDARD" on the TRC and no Pick Guard. Just going by memory and other details of it's BLACK beautiness.

THIS BABY is the closest I could come to my original baby without spending almost 4g's for a guitar I bought for $350 around 1983 and sold for $425 less than 10 years later in 1991.
And now for a guitar I have kept basically on the Q T. due to not wanting to JINX anything till it arrived at my door. ( I lost a similar year one in Natural due to some screwy circumstances just 2 weeks ago)

Amp Mad. Guess what? If I could, I would go for BLACK, ALL the various Bursts, Natural,, WHITE, Wine Red, Gold Top. And have one in every color.

If it is a good instrument, well set up and with good pups and electrics, I have very few eliminating criteria finish wise, especially an LP .
