That’s taking it to the next level!! I gotta try that. I just did a shoulder here not long ago. Maybe I’ll try this with ribs.My favorite way to smoke baked beans is in a tray, under a rack of ribs or a pork shoulder.
Picked up the ribeyes at my local meat market. About 1 1/2" thick. Grilled the ribeye as well as a sweet potato and had leftover tomato/mozzarella/fresh basil salad. Nice 2017 Cabernet Franc from our favorite New York Finger Lakes Winery. She was a happy birthday girl.Gotta go get us some ribeyes. My brides birthday is Monday.
