What’s on the Grill

Gotta go get us some ribeyes. My brides birthday is Monday.
Picked up the ribeyes at my local meat market. About 1 1/2" thick. Grilled the ribeye as well as a sweet potato and had leftover tomato/mozzarella/fresh basil salad. Nice 2017 Cabernet Franc from our favorite New York Finger Lakes Winery. She was a happy birthday girl.
