It actually wasn’t horrible. A ribeye or something equavalent would have been pricey for sure. T-Bones don’t seem so bad…. At least around here. And after all. It was my birthday dinner so price was no concern. The rest of the dinner was simple potatoes and a salad. Stuff we already had in the pantry and fridge.I looked at one of those this morning at the grocery store. Major STICKER SHOCK!
Now. A porterhouse, which is basically a fancier t-bone. That’s probably another story. Betting that’d be pricy.
