Just you wait! Someday it will warm up here in Minnesota. I went and picked up a load of split kiln dried red oak for my smoker Monday. As soon as I get a nice day it shall rain pork! And beer. Can't smoke for 12 hours and not get a little tipsy.
What do you consider warm, my buddy from there says its pretty much winter year round
