I went and picked up a load of split kiln dried red oak for my smoker Monday. As soon as I get a nice day it shall rain pork! And beer. Can't smoke for 12 hours and not get a little tipsy.

Unless I am going to cold smoke fish or cheese I kind of like the temp to be in the 50's. Otherwise, the beast eats too much fuel.What do you consider warm, my buddy from there says its pretty much winter year round
