The grill I got for free a few years back is in the Polk County garbage dump and it hasn't been raining enough lately so the pond in my yard has dried up...

got some timing issues yet..its bittersweet in a way..the lil business i built is really kicking..and the buyer will reap the real monetary benefits but think would rather hit golf balls over the pond & jam all day..and of course burn stuff...yah !! always wanted a tractor to just dig & rearrange. stuff...hope it doesn't sell till late October...told the Mrs//we can build a ramp & jump the pond..wee hee..def a go kart track around the whole place

That's a beautiful place you have there!! Retirement is the best job I ever had, I'm sure you will say the same thing.
