Oh man....you didn't want to live in Wa?? That is just fine then. We're full anyway. 
We have it all here. I can drive a couple hours one way, and be in the rainforest. Or the Pacific ocean. Or I can drive the other direction and be in a place very different from that, hot and dry desert lands. I go up, and I'm in Canada, and I go down and there's beautiful high desert (ain't that so, @ibmorjamn?)We have mountains, sand dunes, rivers, lakes and everything else in between. Desolate remoteness and dense cities. All in one place...
I'm happy you guys found a place you like, big congrats on your achievement! I do regret to hear that we won't be neighbors after all....would have been fun to jam sometime lol

Yep. He was here a couple of weekends ago and brought his Gibson bad boys, amp and pedal board. We played with gear for a while. Once we move full time to the new place looks like we’ll be about 20 minutes (and 5000 ft of elevation) from each other.

I an SOOOO happy for you!!! Your current crib is to die for, however I too have aspirations of a waterfront home, however it is not in the budget or my cards at this time. Perhaps someday I too may be posting about my retirement home. I wish you and the wife much happiness in your new home!!!
