Funny thing Ray, we both just did those AXL husk builds.
I had my cheap bastid eye out for an HSS strat type, and you start this one.

A local beater I found, but got no reply until a couple of days ago.
Meet set for later today.

This was B-stock - $ 93 shipped!! How could I say no!

OK, so here are the things that make it a B-stock. Not so bad and both on the back. They have already been hit with a coat of sparkly nail polish. I had fun shopping with the ladies in that section.

I am getting more satisfied with the quality of my fretwork. I can see what I am shooting for in advance now and can adjust as I go along.

SD Cool Rails - neck

Bill Lawrence L280S noisefree single - middle

A choice pf PRS 57/08, Tom Anderson H2, H2+, H3, H3+, or HF2 bridge

Ideas?

I build a stat for my son and used cool rails in the neck and middle. I really like those pups.

How does this look? The middle is a Bill Lawrence 280L noise free single, so really this would be a 2 HB / 1 stacked single Strat. The neck and bridge will split on a P/P and it will all be wired to a 5 way blade
