I’ve actually been there. Back in ‘85 went to see a fellow named Leroy Thumma about building an engine for a Triumph Bonneville that I was try to restore. Long story short, the bike was stolen ant the engine build became a moot point. I lived in Warsaw, Illinois at the time.

I remember when J & P was just John Parham doing hill climb and swap meet promotions out of a shed with a stoner classmate of mine selling a few parts behind the counter and mounting some tires. That also would have been 1985.

I used to hang out at Musician’s Pro Shop in Burlington back in the mid and late 80’s quite a bit. Bought a Gibson Ripper there.

Didn’t get to Burlington often. Went as a kid with my parents to Crapo park quite a few times. Yes boys and girls. There is a park in Burlington IA called Crapo. Long A sound. Your results may vary.

NOTE to SELF !!! Repeat after me..."Fender for The strums...Marshall for the leads & crunch" repaeat untill i do it..lol... tomorrows song tracking will be 68 bassman & Nighthawk & then SGJ & MM into jmp & jtm...those are the best tracking days..not much to mix..let it rip !

This is Dumbell Lake in Lake County, MN. We saw one other boat today on the other side of the lake. I caught a cute little smalley and put him back. My feet are now tan. This is about 4 miles from the compound.
