Old dudes are asleep...

LOVE EM DONO

Here is how I beat the MAN. No Permit needed, just 3 excrutiating and grueling demo and hauling days to get the 100 Feet x 16 feet of frame.
Used part of it to make a 52x16 Greenhouse. I know you guys have likely seen this progress shot, 6 cars and trucks inside the hoops, and finally once I got my 25x76 foot piece of double layer plastic, I could go end to end plus enough to reach the ground and totally enclose each end.

What about us old farts that are asleep by 9 pm and wake up at 3 or 4 am lol. When i was your age i used to do the same thing as you Blinky but there was no such thing as Fora to get drunk and write stuff on hahhahahahahhaa. I remember when MSN Messenger was the greatest thing on the computer ugh.

I miss msn messenger, i could talk to my childhood friends back in Georgia and it was great lot cheaper than calling, i think BT (British telecom) was charging £0.70 per min... every month mmit was war about phone bill with my mum :)

Thanks Adrian. YUP HIGH TUNNEL = No BUILDING Permit Needed WOOOOOOO HOOOOOO

Adrian, you would like my price of plastic sheeting too. My buddy has a nursery business and swaps old plastic for new every so often.
He said I could have this sheet and gave me another 5-6 smaller ones he had already torn off. Price, FREE.

He also said, if I wanted a brand new 25x100 foot roll, it runs about $250.
Guess which I picked.

Oh yeah, and if anyone wonders why this story fits this thread, An old guy spent quite a lot of sleepless nights planning, and making this whole thing fly, while under the screws of a Government threat of fines and court suits. SO.

NOW I had finally gotten a decent night's sleep.

DonO, Let's put it this way, It holds up on my friend's nursery for at least 2-4 years. and his framing is 6 feet apart while mine is only 4 feet apart.

I believe the plastic is either 10 mil or 20 mil and doubled up to be either 20 or 40 mil, He even tells me a man can walk on his.

Thanks Mitch, If you have ever seen a stake body or materials delivery truck such as one that delivers masonry products, you likely have benefitted from a crane such as this one. It originally was likely mounted just behind the cab of one of them.

Not me personally but I have seen them in action in tight quarters
(no where to actually use a lift)

It's -13 F right now and I can't sleep. Just pulled the pickup covers off Blueberry LP. It has 57 Classic and Classic + pups in it at the moment. All black bobbins. I think it looks pretty good. Thinking about trying some hotter pickups in it. I had Seth Lovers in all 3 LPs and realized that was stupid. I should have a little more variety. The 57s are not much hotter than the Seth's. Maybe the JB/Jazz neck combination? Alnico II Pros? I was thinking about the Whole Lotta Humbuckers, but I don't know.
