LOL @ hat. Bad asss
All I got...The purple paisley cloth is muffling. Looks like I will have to make a hat out of it!!
Make sure there's a full seal when you add the recessed handle assembly and the speaker jack assembly.Future site of handles. Not great, but not bad for my 1st time with a jigsaw. Thanks for the idea SuperBlade!

Thank you. Let's hope it ends well!BTW... this is an awesome thread...![]()
More cuts, this time from birch plywood. Shown is the back, baffle, and a frame for the grill. The baffle is 1/2 inch larger than the back because I am thinking about making a 1/4 inch groove on the inside of the box to fit the baffle nice and snug, and help me practice with my new router. I am getting more confident with the table saw.

I'm too lazy to search back... what 12" are you going to use?Speakers are here too
Same thing. WGS Green BeretI'm too lazy to search back... what 12" are you going to use?
And..... and what's the stated "signal to noise" (or efficiency) ratio for each of the speakers?
Yes, I practiced tonight. This unit is fairly easy to use.You do know how to set the depth on that Router w/o a plunge base don't you?
Sweet... So 50 watt rating on the cab. The 12 incher will be more dominate by 3 db's. Doesn't sound like a lot, but it is. The punchiness and kick of the 10" should still come thru. This should sound nice...Same thing. WGS Green Beret
