My Perspective Changed From a Hospital Bed:

Urinals are practical, but damn, the splashback! Peeing standing up is best outside (with the wind blowing in the right direction...) with nothing in the way. This is my kind of urinal, by the way:

I was going to avoid splashback by going floor length:

Just a nice cascade down the back side. Ahhh...

Ok, so the studio has one of those big, industrial coffee pots. We (everyone) typically drink 10-15 of those little, white Styrofoam cups a day pure black....and sometimes more. Doing this, and not drinking water, caused dehydration and caused the urine to go septic, creating a very rapid onset UTI.

So...now you know not to do that...and to stop with the 12 - 14 hour sessions. If your band mates don’t understand, then they may not have your best interests at heart.

No amount of tracks or gigs will make up for failed health.

But, I do like chocolate donuts with coffee.

Mmmm Donuts...

...now I've lost my focus again!

You lot pee standing up? Weirdos.

Ever since I got a Price Albert as a youngster I've pee'd sitting down. :D
(Took it out long since, but just got used to taking the weight off me feet.)

Robert, this may be a good solution for you; 2 holes, one to let the coffee out and the other the urine - just a suggestion. I know a big Tongan fella with a needle, just let me know, and I'll send you his contact details...
