Its a combination of dehydration, likely from too much coffee, working 12-14 hours on projects and just general exhaustion.

I required 3,000cc's of IV fluids just to get my resting heart rate under 120bpm. I couldn't tell the doctor the last time I slept more than 4 hours.

I thought it was only me. But you are semi-retired. Please slow it down man!
