After seeing the pictures(the one being shipped, and the one of the stripped body on eBay), I'd be very curious to see what's going on under the pick guard (and bridge) before buying.

Edit: Not that I think it's anything truly horrific or irreversible.

He is getting from a Guitar Center so a return should be no problem if it's a mess...

I'm actually looking at a new house...but the want $700K I'm still tempted. It's on 1.2 acres and brand new with a gourmet kitchen and a fantastic master. It has two fully finished out garages that could easily
become rooms and a new garage could be built on the acreage...

I may offer $550K to see where they stand...realtor said "Highly Motivated Seller"

Yes, up in Lancaster right on the border of Palmdale. We like it up there.
