It's odd how that credit thing works. But I know, a bit late, I must add, that you pay your monthly utilities with them and just transfer the monthly house nut from your account to the Ccard. But they do have an optimum just less than 30% of limit to get a higher score. It's almost as if you have to give them a little interest off a small balance. So it's almost a bribe to get a higher credit score! Banks, when you really needed them and your starting out they say No, but when you get to the point that you don't need them anymore there all bustin your door down to try and loan ya some dosh, when you don't need them anymore! Mean while they get the $ from the fed for next to nothing. I remember going to the bank with dad every now and then, this was about the early 60's and noticed after a while that everyone there started calling him MISTER L ...… so I asked him what changed? He looked down at me and said " I now have 80K cash in the bank so now I'm Mister L with a sly look on his face "
