Friedman Amplifier Customer Service

It seems we always hear the "bad" about companies customer service. If that is what you're looking for no need to read any further.

As many of you know I own, and love my Friedman BE-OD Deluxe pedal, still having a honeymoon a year later!

Well, I had a few questions re; use, and technical info. Found Friedman's customer service email and shot off some questions.

This is no small company, worldwide etc.., was going to be happy with any answers, no matter how long I had to wait.

Long story short, had my replies within fifteen minutes and answered by Dave Friedman himself! Replied to me via his email.

Who does that in this day and age of hiding behind a keyboard? Friedman Amplification, that's who.

Very impressive customer service IMO.

So promised myself that I would post on their behalf, brothers if you're in the market for any products they manufacture please give this company your consideration, I would not hesitate any purchase of said companies products. They really are concerned with the customer even after making their money.

Go Friedman!

Butterslax sounds like syrup for pancakes.
But what is it that attracts your attention? Why do you desire this butterslax?
I desire it less than the JJ, and I would probably be quite happy with the BE as well....but I like the fact that the Butterslax has channels/options...more than I could probably even use. That, and I am a little bit of a Mastodon fan, that doesn't help me with the GAS at all either lol

It's like having a crazy powerful dirt bike. Do I always need all that power? No. But it's nice to have at my disposal anyway, just in case lol

Laughed my ass off at this, so thanks lol

But speaking of Butterslax, anyone heard of Monomyth amps? I see these videos pop up on Youtube and all i know of them is its a guy who mods old Marshalls like the JMPs and 800s mainly but i never heard a Marshall like these things. Id like to find out more on them

That's great tone right there. I've played Friedman and Trainwreck, etc., but always stick with Marshall...
