Friedman Amplifier Customer Service

It seems we always hear the "bad" about companies customer service. If that is what you're looking for no need to read any further.

As many of you know I own, and love my Friedman BE-OD Deluxe pedal, still having a honeymoon a year later!

Well, I had a few questions re; use, and technical info. Found Friedman's customer service email and shot off some questions.

This is no small company, worldwide etc.., was going to be happy with any answers, no matter how long I had to wait.

Long story short, had my replies within fifteen minutes and answered by Dave Friedman himself! Replied to me via his email.

Who does that in this day and age of hiding behind a keyboard? Friedman Amplification, that's who.

Very impressive customer service IMO.

So promised myself that I would post on their behalf, brothers if you're in the market for any products they manufacture please give this company your consideration, I would not hesitate any purchase of said companies products. They really are concerned with the customer even after making their money.

Go Friedman!

Are those the GT12-75s?

Dont blame you a bit! $700 on hand, in person isnt a rip off by any means, especially if the guy was in a pinch. Certainly got a better deal than GC was offering! Always sucks being forced to part with something you really dont want to, but you offering a 30 day buyback was more than most people would have even toyed a notion to.

How you like the KT66s?
I like the KT66's, but I think I'm an EL34 guy at heart. For their application love 'em.

The only reason I made that guy the offer is he was a young family guy making a sacrifice for his family. I identified with that, and I thought back on how fortunate I've been in my life, how much was done on my behalf.
All I could do was hear that voice in my head telling me now I could start paying people back.

I really was in the store that night looking at Marshalls, synchronicity brotha. That's all I can figure out? Lol.

I feel the same way..,the BE deluxe into the Blackstar Artisans sounds amazing. Dave Friedman knows preamps and power tubes but if you have a good sounding amp, try one of his pedals. My favorite sleeper pedal is the Blackstar HT drive. It has a tube and sounds awesome. Has that smoldering Jimmy Page sound on the early albums. I also love the “light your curtains in fire” comment. By “Origin” is that one of the new Marshall’s ?
Yes it is the 20 watt version

"Pumping Wattage in the Cottage" lol

Am I reading that correctly? You're boosting that pedal?

Man you are "The Chugger" Righton.

Have you played with the gain control inside of the pedal when you take the back off?
