Ya but the poor router not gonna get any love with that Godin unless you go to 3 hummies

Just sayin lol
And there they are... Three hummies.

No routing. No molestation.
As it was with the 5 position switch, positions 1 & 5 were humbucking, but 2, 3, & 4 had the 60 cycle hum due to the single coil.
Not the end of the world, but somewhat annoying.
So out goes the ceramic single coil & in goes an alnico 5 twin blade bucker. Had it on hand from a previous project.
Problem solved.
The new middle pickup has the option of being splittable, so in my master plan, that will be handy.
Also had some nickel roller string trees on hand. They were a little taller than the stock black non roller ones.

That HAS to be a benefit to reducing string friction from over the nut helping the trem return back to zero.
Before...
After...

Liking the changes. But as always, a little more to come I think.
And
@JohnnyGoo , three full size buckers would look good in this thing, and fit no problemo...

But why bother now.
And now I'm off to the sister in laws for a pork tenderloin, sliced open & filled with ricotta & spinach, tied up, then roasted to temp.
Mmmmmmm...
