It took a while.
I just never knew what the enlightened few know...
They seem to be an unknown secret.
I wasn't really looking for a new guitar, in fact I declined when it was first offered to me.
But common sense prevailed...
Thanks to Adrian the enabler, this lovely lass came home with me today.

It's beautiful, and a few personal touches got it to my liking.
The trem was decked hard with 3 springs cranked in pretty far.
Pretty useless that way as far as a trem goes.
I set it up to float with light action.
I was able to float it with 2 springs and it's returning to zero really well.
The handle is also tension adjustable via a setscrew that takes the slop & wiggle out of the bar at the same time, but allows it to swing.

The high E string pulls up to an F and the low E string pulls up to G# before the plate decks against the body.
Didn't care for the Chrome knobs so they got swapped for black speed knobs
