My biggest mishap was selling my beloved first guitar. My Black '79 LP STD.

Next, I broke a Strap button screw off in my 1st SG.
Umm, a couple little Poly coat cracks in a Tele around the neck pocket, and a slight one in the Epi LP I worked on to fix the tailpiece bushings lifting out of the body.

That's about it.
