Funny, because I see some of the houses and cars here and they can really turn some heads too.

Time and a decent job can haul in a lot over the years. If someone simply purchased a Les Paul a year for 40 years it would be a lot of guitars in their stash.

It doesn't take much cash ...even someone making 30K a year could probably slip in a 2K guitar annually it seems.

Always consider time though and that someone may be 40 years ahead of you on a choice for a collection ....of some sort.

Yeah you priortize things. I have always saved to buy toys from stereo to camera equipment to guitars n amps. My own personal economic situation being no one else's business, I will just say we all make our own way however we do. We are fortunate to have sold all the wife's farmland 3 years ago.
So retired comfortably and buy whatever guitars turn my crank. LP Custom shop whatever.

Life is short. Get what you want, enjoy it, and enjoy your life.

Crappy low $$$$ guitars with HIG action CANT POSSIBLY sounds worth a poop.......

or -----perhaps --- in the hands of someone who dont give a poop..................they can?????????

Get a pro level setup...not a Guitar Sinner setup. No reason to deal with high action.

You'd be surprised what a good setup can do for your comfort and accuracy.
