I voted boys and girls. Just like last challenge, this is tough. They're all so darn good. Great production. Loved the ones where in the headphones it was shifting left to right.... back and forth. A couple where lyrics were changed up a bit... had me laughing thru the whole song. You should all be pleased and proud of what you submitted.

Then we got anyhoo69 crossing streams with a frostyfied version of Billie Jean (can you imagine?), shunting the absolutely amazing
Never Gonna Give U Up down to a demoralizing fourth place, tied with RVM's instrumental I Need some Cologne Now,

Speculation is this could really change the standings when she's all sussed out

just a note... my Round six vote finalization post may be a bit late, turns out my mom invited me and the wife
and my son over for dinner tonight, and she's a great cook and it's ribs! So..... I couldn't turn that down.
So, maybe closer to 8pm CST for all that action to come later. But the vote is still ends at 7PM CST

I think I mentioned before. When I saw Jessie’s Girl it was a no brainer for me. I’ve been doing the opening riff as a warm up for years. Since I primarily do Cowboy Chords it’s a nice sequence of chords to get these arthritic fingers moving.
Oh….. I have a plan and it’s not Jessie’s Girl. That was the other issue. Rewriting lyrics.

Eye of the Tiger Dominates for 10 points, and we have a tie for Second place between @Aynirar27 and @frostyjr2 -
HOWEVER... "RiffMasters" the song was posted mere minutes before "Billie Jean" which means Aynirar27 takes second place, shunting FrostyJr2 down to third place. Don't matter much... Both are worth seven points.
All others can console ourselves with 5 points for the "participation" award

Who doesn’t dig a great spy thriller? Classic or modern, all that suspense, international intrigue, badass villains, cool gadgets and surprise plot twists are bound to please! But one of the best things about this form of entertainment? The music! Sometimes it’s groovy, bordering on intense surf style. Sometimes it’s synth-driven juiced-up with intense sound FX, sometimes you get heavy driving rock. However they come at you, these dramatic soundtracks
set the scenes and help carry them too... It’s the cyanide death pill hidden in the foie gras, the laser beams attached to your pet sharks, the handy rocket
launcher button in your glovebox... and the incredibly attractive, super horny, (but still very capable) colleague assigned to help you save the planet...
Heck, it’s all of that and more!

Choose either of the following “Movie” intros (vintage or modern) and create a kickass opening credit roll soundtrack music theme befitting an awesome spy flick!

Spy Game Modern
Two bonus points awarded for each of the following:
“Added Sound Effects” (at least three different ones) (2 pts)
“Edited and uploaded all by yourself” (2 pts)
"Post two very different style spy themes for BOTH vintage AND modern credit intro versions" (2 pts)
Your “Spy Game” Main Event submission is due in this RiffMasters thread Weds. July 24, 7PM.
If you need help editing your music to the video, please have your track done by July 20, and I ( or someone else) will gladly plop it onto the video of your choice for you.
Round Four Main Event Scoring: 48 hour Community Poll Vote on submissions post deadline.
Top Vote Earner = 10 points
Second & Third Places = 7 points.
Participation Award: All other competitors who submit = 5 points

Not only this dramatic spy music challenge, but we’ll also enjoy another super fun Guitar Duel as well as a completely mind-bending Side Hustle that’s gonna take SERIOUS guitar guts for most of us to dare to take on. I’m rather frightened of it myself.
