Hi Dudes,
Here's my rock-to-folk idea: let-me-put-my-love-into-you.mp3
It's in a major key, because love is majorly cool, and AC/DC is loved almost everywhere.
Music like this is so powerful, you'll find yourself taking your time pondering the wide variety of salad dressings at your largest local grocery store.

Well done , very nice work!

@Randy Van Malmsteen you should offer that LMPMLIY track to Michael Buble,
better yet that Michael Bolton. You want to be rich, don't ya?

I mean, they **may** have to slightly adjust that possibly worrisome stanza warning
"Don't you struggle, don't you fight...
Don't you worry, 'cause it's your turn tonight"

But I think either of those two could pull it off in the modern age of Tinder and such
it's really the delivery, not the message

And besides, if any of those two got cancelled, would you really miss them?
Risk/ reward on this is very favourable

While we await the @ibmorjamn Express to steam into the station, brakes all a-squeal I just want to take a moment here and thank you all, Wavmixer and his intrepid mod crew, for allowing this whole deal, all the TTR watchers, and especially you punishment-craving participants whom I hope are also finding some benefits from this happening/exercise.

As I said in the beginning, I was simply wanting to spur MYSELF into becoming more active in playing guitar, composing/arranging, production. Like some of you, my musical life can turn stagnant from time to time,
and my hopes were to create an event similar to Game of Toanz, but much more musical, while still remaining fun, and challenge dormant creative muscles,

I figured if I could convince others to join along in a group event, our experience would be amplified by the sharing.

I have seen open forum messages and received PMs affirming it is working to spur creativity and regenerate
playing/composing/production interest in many of you and I cannot express you how happy that makes me feel.

I know how valuable this is to me personally, so I figure it's going to be similarly helpful to others.
No better way to beat off, um... stave the awful winter blahs.. by just having some pure fun!

If you are STILL sitting on the sidelines, I would say DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE POINTS!!!!!
This is all about putting all these amps, guitars, pedals and gear to work, rather than discussing it. Simple gear talk/discussion is much easier, and far less risky. But not near as rewarding. For example, my own game goal is maybe try to close in on level four of five levels, beyond the first rank of "Busker." I am reveling in the talent and creative initiative shown by you fellas, you never fail to surprise!

So thank you, thank all again! And remember: a vote for TVvoodoo, is also vote for world peace, prosperity, an end to world hunger, disease, war, supersized lingerie/swimsuit models, and other negative things.

I was laughing super hard over here!!!! But, laughing WITH you, not AT you.

I love it when people do their own backing vocals but in the exact same voice... it's one of the stankiest cheezes of all musical cheeze. That little pull off thing at the end of those lines was a clever addition. Really folked it up... great song choice to have fun with JR.

Beautiful length too. More would have been too much, less would not have been quite enough LOL!

We want your wife in next round. Tell her mine is doing it so she has to also

Valid entry, good for 3 automatic points!

Not sure I thought that much about it!! First take for both guitar parts. Same with backing, wasn't sure where I was gonna sing em! Ha ha hilarious!
Pull offs were just something to do on track 2.

Here we are! The points standings in this folking competition.
There has been some jockeying in the rankings.
The top half of the field hasnt moved much since @jtcnj rose to top dog.
But some RiffMasters have been rising up like Granny's Blueberry Muffins!
@Jethro Rocker positioned himself squarely in the middle with a Smoking Folk entry
@ibmorjamn still has some time to leap into the fray for 7th place if his train pulls into Clarksville
@Mitch Pearrow SJMP shot out of the bottom like a man possessed ... ok, poor choice of words, but too lazy to retype. oh man, the jokes ... the jokes!
and new comer @Randy Van Malmsteen "RVM" shows some moxie by one upping a certain famous rusty kazoo with enchanting sweeping chimes

Just imagine the fray when both Block Chime Ringer and Kazooist get upstaged by an unexpected virtuouso performance by Triangle Guy! It's been bottled up inside him for SO LONG! Sweet Release! The raw, pure emotion!!! Dinga-Ding-ga-ding-a-ding... ding-ding!...
Ga-Ding-a-ding-gading!!!

OMG!!! Crowd feels all that anger and anguish too, begins to tear the whole joint to pieces... civil unrest spills out into the streets, chanting, looting, vandalism, fires. Oh Calamity!!!

Folk Music says "You're Welcome!"
