Doing better now. Bone spurs had grown on the left side ends of Vertebrae C4 - T1, pinching off all the nerves to my left arm, shoulder, and hand. They cleaned everything up so I have proper openings for the nerves again. I'm still sore at the incision area, my neck, and parts of my left arm and shoulder. I no longer have a constant "pins and needles" sensation in my left hand. I'm hoping that by next week, it is no longer so tiring to hold my head upright. That's my biggest obstacle right now. I had just played guitar for fifteen minutes of maintenance playing. I'll do a bit more later. I'm basically up an hour or two, lay down an hour, repeat, and getting a good twelve hours sleep every night this week. Last week was much rougher. How are things going? Sounds brutal.

I have a good supply of Oxies, weed, edibles, and tylenol. I haven't had to take anything until after I've been vertical for 30 - 60 minutes, then everything flares up. Oxies early in the day, edibles at night.
