Announcing... RiffMasters!

How much time do we have left ?
I had the track 1st verse and chorus done with a vocal track however my drum track was not working very well. So back to the
drawing board. I hate to ditch the first half of the song.
The 2nd half will have the solo.

I am sitting in traffic in downtown LA it will be 7 o’clock by the time I get home not much time to do a whole lot of plain or anything when I take a shower eat and get back to sleep so that I can get up and go to start the day over again tomorrow at 4 AM I ain’t got time at the top at this point I’m going to work I getting my submissions in but right now don’t look like anything’s gonna happen until Saturday

I'm thinking all you fellas who hadda buy a new pedal for this challenge must have it dialed in by now?

Are you saying you gonna try to incorporate a "Guitar Duel" submission as part of your Main Event "Opening Act" submission also?
Like a double duty 2-in-1? Highly irregular. But I guess if you started off fresh, inspired by the tappedy-tap wheedlies, probably many guitarists did.

The Guitar Duel "I'd Tap That" is only a 1 point side quest if you submit to the supplied backing track. Was meant to be a separate submission, mostly for fun.

The "Opening Act" is worth a solid minimum 5 points, or maybe more if it rocks TTR in a RiffMastery way, so my suggestion is, unless
you figure you are gonna pull off some serious licks, you maybe don't want iffy tapping to drag down your main submission for voting.

Just some strategy thinkin' - FWIW

No, it's all from scratch. My duel/tap submission was done with none of my normal gear. I had a borrowed guitar and a little practice amp and phone. Downloaded a DAW app from the play store while I was on vacation.
I would have spent more time at home.

Brad, are you going to list all the links to the submissions in the voting post?

That is the plan if they are available to me to link to. Might have to make a pair of voting threads if there are more than ten.
