Yes , well. I guess.Looking forward to the gauntlet duel
I haven’t gotten the votes to win, but I am picking up points to stay in the game.Yes , well. I guess.
Isn't that the funny part ?I haven’t gotten the votes to win, but I am picking up points to stay in the game.
You have done a great job Mitch. Wish I could start over.I haven’t gotten the votes to win, but I am picking up points to stay in the game.
Thank you James but I haven’t done anything with the main events , but I am going to try Venus , but it won’t have drums , bass, or vocals ,, and I am planning on playing it in my own way, like I do everything. You have done a great job Mitch. Wish I could start over.
I think you forgot my blooz submission for 1pt.After a great Blooz duel, we find @Aynirar27 (or whatever his name is ... right Brad?) knocking at the door of the penthouse. I personally dont like this! What are we running here? A bed n Breakfast for every Tom, Dick, and Harry!!!
Seriously though, both of you put on a hell of a show.

Thanks, I tried getting it from rumble but the incredible windows wanted me to upgrade some app for video download.
You guys don't have to go. Just don't try offing me.I just wanted to stay in the penthouse a little longer I guess.
Hey @TVvoodoo come on! Looks like we get to sleep at the shelter again.
Point added.
i get that, tend to record when forced indoors but soon as i got into 2 bands & playing for real totally killed my digi sitting in computer world. wanna share in the music makingexperience & feed off it & interact. had to be picky to get to it but finally paying offYou guys don't have to go. Just don't try offing me.
You'll probably be happy to know I'm not really feeling this round. I LOVE creating music, but I much prefer creating my own scores to recreating someone else's. I'm on day 12 of my fast, (they should call it a slow as the days seem to be going by a lot slower), and though I'm not a tree hugging hippy, I would much prefer being outside in nature to being ku-ped up inside in my Living Room/Recording Studio. The days of bearable weather in NY are numbered.
Maybe something will spark a fire under my ass to get this next challenge started. Just not feelin' it.
Oh, I'm not saying I'm creatively fatigued. I just need a, what's the word, va ca tion? Mine is more of a physical fatigue. I'd SWEAR the kids that moved in upstairs have BALLPEEN HAMMERS for HEELS. I actually considered writing a children's story, illustrations and all, about a crazy old man who lives on the first floor of a house that ALL the children in the neighborhood are afraid of and tip-toe by when passing his house. The Urban Legend tells that this crazy old man chops off the feet of noisy stomping kids and uses the bones as wind chimes. Did I mention illustrations and all? And then I would have the story printed up in hard cover version, signed and gift wrapped and present it to the PUS.(ppl up stairs). What is happening perhaps is a little creative fatigue setting in, which I didn't expect. but I'm feeling it a bit too.
Plus, 80's was maybe not the greatest choice, but certainly we all play on the same field. Love it or hate it, 80's music,
specifically the highest charting pop of the era, is a hard go for some.
I am of also the same mindset where I don't want to repaint pictures others have already painted. I don't like covering songs much,
and I don't make music for money, which is kind of makes it a necessity for many. But interpretation of songs in an out-of-the-box
way is what i was aiming for when I initially conceived this game. But I also wanted to be inclusive of players of all types.
You think you have a short summer LOL! up here we have winter, four weeks of bad skidooing, and five weeks of mosquitos.
Great job broHere my take on Eye of the Tiger, just feels like I'm putting lipstick on a pig.
I upped the tempo and gave it more crunch. The bass and galloping guitar in the background reminds me of kiss during their disco phase.
I didn’t do any vox because I have a hellacious cough that won’t stop for the past couple of weeks.
I wanted to do more, but I just don’t have the energy right now.
I used the following.
Jackson King V with Duncan distortions and Epi 58 goth explorer with Fishman Fluence moderns for the main riffs.
The gallop is my BCR Kerry King Warlock with stock pups.
Bass is my trusty Ibanez 605
All through various presets on my HX Stomp ... and yes I used Beast Mode!
Mixed in reaper
If anyone is brave enough to want to do the vox on this let me know and I can send you the file.
Or maybe I could try to contact Dave Bickler and do an eye of the tiger / real men of genius mashup
Here is Metal Eye of the Tiger. Enjoy~
SAME, regarding the Spaghetti Western/ 80s cover. @TVvoodoo, Bopa, the guy that turned me on to Well Hung GS, was playing drums in a band, The Spaghetti Westerners, when he was playing bass with The Prols. We gigged together a few times. Great shows. I'm no stranger to the genre. Wishing the challenge and side hustle were switched...I’m pretty pumped for the Spaghetti Western song so the 80s cover will most likely be a last minute thing. If all goes to plan though it should still be pretty cool. I’m gonna be brave and try some vocals out. I don’t even sing happy birthday at parties, so it will be interesting for sure….
