Ya, Man....I'm super musically opinionated. There are classic songs I've never heard all the way through because I change the channel every time they come on....
 
Part of me really thinks double cream would look good in the Les Paul, but I am wondering how to get the pickup bobbins to match the trim on this guitar....isn't this "parchment? "

Ok...contacted Gibson rep and passed along video link. Verified push-to-lock ground connecter is intact and checked ground continuity....
