I hear Mesa's are a royal pain to work on...
in English please

Ive actually thought about that one!Ok, so im sifting through the comments and I'm gonna try to see if got this right: @Robert Herndon you're looking for a very high gain amp with lots of low end correct? If so, I am gonna go out on a limb here and probably piss off the traditionalists but it is what is.
Have you tried a Marshall Mode Four? Reason i say this is :
1) You have 4 channels split across two independent amp sections
2) Internal Digital Reverb that is insane on both amp sections
3) FX loop adjustments on both amp sections on the front of the panel.
4) Independent volume controls in each Amp section in addition to the Master volume
5) Scoop Switches on both sections
6) Master Presence and Resonance Controls
7) A 3db Solo Boost control and footswitch
8) Amp 1 section is your classic Marshall tones with the Plexi style on Channel 1, and as quoted in the manual " A Hotrodded JCM2203" on Channel 2.
9) Amp 2 is the more extreme gain sections with an added feature called Tone Matrix that allows you to retain your Treble, Mids and Bass but it shapes the overall mid response in 3 separate functions
10) Amp 2 Channel 3 is heavy low end but high gain
11) Amp 2 Channel 4 is heavy low end and ultra high gain geared for detuned playing.
12) Most importantly: it is a hybrid with 2 ECC83s and 350w SS power. Thus a monstrous Valvestate that actually gave inspiration to the valved JVM series that followed immediately after
Oh and you can get one for under $500 often in the $300-$400 range

Absolutely! Very crystal clean in my opinion on channel one, even nicer if you add in the reverb. Ill take a quick video of it in a sec@Clockworkmike - Can you get a clean tone out of it by chance???

Pardon the sloppy ass playing but here it is thru the channels and clicking in the scoop switches and tone matrix along the way. The reverb i had maxed and was switching off for demonstration. Of course you can fine tune this to your likingThat would make it versatile. Very cool idea....

Thank you sir! The prices have went up a bit on them and most ive seen lately are asking WAY to much. But thats largely from inflation and a newfound demand for them. Just a few months ago they were basically giving them away. If you go looking for one, shop around or give it a lil bit of time and im sure they will fall back to a reasonable price ( typically sub $500, right now some places are trying to get anywhere from $700-$1100 which the latter was the price new back in 2004, so thats ridiculous in my opinion)Love it!!!!
Those are pretty cool amps too. Like the Vintage Modern, its an amp that i missed completely when it debuted and didnt hear about it until years later. Pretty versatile machine reallyIf it is a head that works too, I will also suggest the JMD1. Lots of tube preamp choices, 4 channel presets, tube power section. Built in fx.
No problem man!@Clockworkmike - That Mode 4 is impressive. I appreciate you sending me those clips.
Do you know anyone at Fender that could set you up?
