The Muse I Adorn

This one today.
With some pedals.
Through several amplifiers.
Supro T-bolt+
Fender Vibroverb RI
1965 Fender Champ
Roland Cube 30
etc.
It sounded good through all of them,
(even through the little Roland).
It's just a good sounding guitar,
even in my hands.

You're missing the 4th slanted middle pick up Tony Manhattan...better go call Steve about that!

I considered the 4 pickup one. It makes like a million sounds.
but I would never use them all so there was no point and
that slanted single coil would have been in my way.
The Y2D has the 5 sounds that I wanted.

Bridge - H
Bridge and middle - H + S
Middle - S
Bridge and neck - H + H
Neck - H

This afternoon I am fondeling the 70s Era japanese ET290 by Epiphone with HOT Carvin neck pup and Dimarzio Super D in the bridge.......this thing ---though all mellow and gold hardware-ish in stature ....rips METAL like you cant believe especially with the placement of the neck pup --- wowzers this thing is a scorcher

Another gorgeous guitar Ray. Are those 2 strap buttons on the bottom end?
Yep. Per Tom Anderson, they are helpful in finding a comfortable position and for stability when you lean the guitar against something. In fact, I am not sure why I have not done this on my own creations. Hmmm

Stainless steel frets which are done to perfection, amazing neck heel. Possible the MOST playable guitar I own. In any event, I put Tom Anderson guitars at the top of the playability list

Awesome. Really like it. I can feel how that thing plays....i've looked/played dozens with similar style the last week or two. Difficult to tell from a picture, but the neck looks wide and thin. Like a shredder. Either way, nice guitar.

These are the neck specs. I got the 1 11/16 nut and a 24.75 scale.
----------------
Even-Taper: our most popular neck profile for our 25 1/2-inch scale-length guitars. A slim, sleek and fast silhouette with not a lot of depth change from the nut to the 12th fret. As your hand slides up to the upper frets, playing feel remains the same.

The Even-Taper is offered in two nut widths:
  • 1 11/16 -inch
  • 1 5/8-inch
For the technically minded:

  • Even-Taper: .810-inch thick at the first fret tapering to .870 at the 12th fret*

Wow, I didn't even notice the scale length. Surprising.
It's Even wider than I thought. The one I was playing today was .669 to . 748

I edited my post. I got a "shorty", a 24.75 scale. This guiitar was a custom order and took 8 months to get!
