The Muse I Adorn

So seeing all you guys with guitars hanging all over in your music rooms, I gave mine a little upgrade with 4 more hangers. So tonight I’m playing the newest addition to the family, red on the far left. PRS SE With an ebony fret board. Plays and sounds great. I’m sold on their Korean made line. The other pic is a close up of the redheads and blonds :D

I really like those red end caps!...and I’m not really a red fan...it just happens that a lot of the great ones are red.

Love them all, but those 2 middle naturals make me want to jump through the screen and grab them!

Your rocket is so big!
 
Hah. As I young teen I was into model rockets. Bought many Estes rockets in the $10 or less range back in the 1960s. The Saturn V was THE mega rocket to have but out of my affordability range. I did buy a 50 cent ultra simple rocket which was basically a toilet paper roll with a nose cone and 3 fins. I bought the biggest engine and put it in it. When we launched it we saw it for about 3 seconds and then it was, were’d it go. Never did find any part of it.

Fast forward to moving to CA and having a real job. I could now afford to buy that maga rocket, and well I did.

Grew up blasting Estes Rockets. So much fun. I used to put wheels on them and launch them down the road.....not that the wheels actually touched the road.

It takes a large area to properly use a rocket. As I drive around I notice the areas I would launch, are now developed. Kids now, are missing the fun I had.

I put Estes solid rockets in all metal car models...
 
Back in the 80s I had RC planes and 2 of them could drop plastic bombs. I mocked up Estes rocket engine missiles. I just couldn’t bring myself to fly it and risk downing the plane if it didn’t release correctly as the Estes engine lit up.
