Allowing the grain to show through (much like the green strat above) so you get a smokie......jazzie......mellow subtle color with variations.......like well......jazz

It's high micron rating filters out 60 Hz hum...

Kevin, how are you set up for spraying/sanding/polishing a urethane finish???

Many good suggestions here, but I was thinking - a beautiful stain - followed by tung oil would be very quick and easy....
