This is starting to sound like a crummy idea.
Is this where I post a clip ?This is starting to sound like a crummy idea.
Singing will always be a chore for me.I think that the justification for the use of Weird Al’s help for some submissions would be to give everyone that chooses to work with Weird Al the ability to come out with a “more complete” catalog of material.
Not everyone sings…Weird Al can sing for them.
Not everyone plays bass…Weird Al has a bass player.
Not everyone writes lyrics…Weird Al is a genius with lyrics.
Brad's games here have been anything but crummy.
I don't expect you new guys to get it, really. Not having been around to see it and all. That's not your fault at all.
If y'all don't like the idea and don't wanna play, that's fine; don't. Nobody's gonna force ya.
I've participated in the games before. I won't be able to this time but I learned a lot, a few of the skills are still useful, it forced my creativity to do something new and different, ultimately it was a good thing, and it built comraderie amongst the members. It wasn't divisive, it wasn't hateful or discouraging or any of those things y'all are afraid of. Quite the contrary.
Not to mention the absolute masterful craftsmanship and effort Brad himself puts in to make it all happen. The man is a hero, to be honest.
I don't love seeing things like this get poo pooed by folks who really just generally aren't aware of, and don't fully understand.
That's hilarious lol
Dang, 100 dB of COWBELL !I have been known to “cowbell” (via midi controller) in times gone bye…

Screen grab from my “Moar Cowbell” submission video of a cover of “Paint it Black”.
We had plenty of cowbell back then.
It’s a dying art.

Never do anything…unless you’re willing to do it right.Dang, 100 dB of COWBELL !![]()
Yeah? Explain this one to me. No more than two sentences, please.Brad's games here have been anything but crummy.
I disagree, Jimmy. Brad is doing his best to bring about and generate possible collaborations between TTR members to write and record original material with each other on various genres of music to their own likings and preferences. This is starting to sound like a crummy idea.
Or loud.Never do anything…unless you’re willing to do it right.
LOLYeah? Explain this one to me. No more than two sentences, please.
True…and the sentence count is two.Just don't play if you don't want to. It's not a big deal.
But what does that actually mean?but allowing AI into any mix is a non starter IMO.
I like that!"TTR" concept album.
MCB is “a man of wealth and taste”I know what I'm saying.
