NGD Hollowbody goodness...

Also…. Your PRS comes in at 5 1/2lbs. My Hagstrom Viking is double that. It’s basically LP territory.

I've given up on the guitar, I just can't learn to play well enough. I don't think it's in my wheelhouse... I gave it ten years of my life and neglected my knife making. I'm focused on making knives now and I'm progressing very well at it!

I really wanted to be able to play but my brain and hands won't cooperate.

Regardless, I'm glad you're still on the forum!

Wow! Fantastic! Beautiful guitar.
Lucky you found it.
I can't believe how lucky!
Local to me, a ridiculous deal, and snagged on the way to practice!
The guy is a music teacher at Vancouver Community College. Totally a jazz box guy, and had traded for it with a Gibby 355.
Decided it wasn't for him because he likes the thick body jazz box.
Both guitar and case in perfect/new condition. Insane!

I do get that Chris. I’ve been at this since 1973. With the exception of the 10 years I played on my churches worship team, I’ve just been a bedroom player. And that’s all I’ll ever be. As it turns out. I’m okay with that.

One day in these hallowed TTR halls I was commenting on the immense talent we have here and compared I’m just a hack at best. Mr. Herndon pointed out to me that I wasn’t being fair to myself. Regardless my talent level, I was putting chords and notes together to make music. And thats better than the overwhelming percentage of the population can do.

Regardless, I'm glad you're still on the forum!

At the end of the day, I have to get some satisfaction out of what I do. I get that with knife making, not so much with guitar playing.

I'll never leave the forum, too many good brothers here that I enjoy hanging with!

Gotta do what you want to do.
Don't sell your stuff though. I somehow get the feeling you'll pick it up again.
