Good luck Blink. Keep us posted.
Well I've had enough breakfast, lunch and dinner + snacks and errything else in bed....time to "bathe" in bed. Got my toothbrush and toothpaste, some roll on anti perspirant, and some "bathing" cloth which are just fancy wet wipes.
Nothing like a real shower (I miss the real shower) but better than lying in my own stank.

Lol the only thing missing is my mobility and a pair of Bob Barker sandals lol
....feels like maybe I've been here before...hmmm![]()
Did the nurses that gave you the sponge bath look anything like these beauties?OH Blinkie, now you are really bring back flashbacks of my hospital trip. I will say there was NO bathe myself in cleaning products involved. To counter my awful pain meds experiences, I had the best best best feeling ever. The NICE nurse who really did the best job at making my awful experience bearable gave me sponge baths. I'll wish for the best for you. Good luck on the surgery.

I sit with the V all the time but not with a broken leg. No acoustic ?I'm not anti-tele per se, I just don't have any. I have any of these currently at my disposal, though:

You know and really, I don't seem to have a lot of trouble sitting with a V either, sobthe question will be: can my busted leg tolerate it? An Explorer shape a lot of people find more comfortable to sit with than a V, but I don't think that's true for me. In fact, I have not sat down to play in such a long time that no matter which one I choose, I suspect they'll all feel very odd. Not only will I be sitting, but I'll be crippled to boot.
My bets will be on the V, the Exp shape, or that white Dinky.
Blinkie, When I was learning to jump my KX250 at my 2nd MX race, this one was at a track near me called Happy Ramblers. My left knee was bruised and looked like that after a few wrecks. I did not mess up the insides bad enough for surgery.. However, OMG did it begin to itch internally as it healed up in the next few weeks.^^^
Quick shot of the bruising while I change the ice packs out for fresh ones
Nope, More like this. The blonde on the right.Did the nurses that gave you the sponge bath look anything like these beauties?

Lol#290 was a great post.
That gear you had looked like steering off a car ! Glad you got through the surgery !She is right though, this hospital's staff has been top notch, and as a level 1 trauma center, I am so entirely grateful that I came here instead of anywhere else in the entire world.
They wouldn't let me keep the pins from the previous apparatus as souvenirs though, so I was a little bit bummed about that, but oh well.
Aren't bitchy nurses just the worst?33 years later and I still remember that nice nurse, vs that bitchy black one.
