Waterfoul...Of all the duck and geese I have had, they were always cooked like a turkey, roasted in the oven, a bit dry and muddy comes to mind.

Sausages are another good way, but it's only because of all the added pork fats lol
Teriyaki marinade is another good way to cover it.
Sausage is the best way I've found to use it though.
