Been trying different guitars and exploring the settings on the new build.
This AXL is what I seem to pick up the most. PAF / classic rock is my main dig.
It has a contoured neck heel that allows much better upper register access. Not like an SG, but way better
than the typical blocky LP heel.
Need to put the tr cover back on.
This is built from a husk I bought when AXL went under; I believe it is from their Badwater series.
This is not mine but shows the contoured body / neck heel.

Disgusted with my self.. got the TC Wiretap for unlimited riff capture during the moment..set the amps up. Havn't recorded a thing since rearranged the room. 8th day of 2021 & no new song.. gotta be a record of time offl...

Must say its shockingly good --well constructed -- pups sound great -- grover tuners wonderful carved THICK maple top no "veneer" here a "V" shaped neck profile but subtle not deep like on some acoustics .....really makes the neck just melt away like playing just the fretboard-- coil tap --low action -- factory locking strap buttons-- 2008 model used but 100% minty condition

Was actually looking at Tobacco burst lesters........then it dawned on me I AM A DEAN SUPPORTER and I am VOID of a Dean at present............had to FIX that 
And RVA helped a little with his experience w/ the model.
Speaking of Dean......Models....and attorneys........................................anyone know what ever happened with the lawsuit ? Dean is still around .......and the new Thoroughbred model looks MORE Les Paul than this Soltero .........(Im guessing that means Dean won or at least the court told GIBBO to "F" off) ???
You wanna get a laugh look up HOW MANY COMPANIES GIBSON HAS SUED its crazy--- and includes WALMART!?!?!?! they dont even MAKE gutiars......
