I doubt anything is settled yet. Litigation like that can go on for several months, or even years.
 
Some guitar porn. Mainly for Norm. It was the guitar I had handy. It would appear I need to blow some pick dust off the bridge. Yeesh. I left the plastic protector thingy on the back panel but it looks dumb so time to go. I love the back sculpting hope the new one will have that.
