It’s not that big of a deal given the high input impedance of the amp. Measure the capacitance, that’s what really counts in effecting treble roll off.

Oh, you are talking speaker cables, that’s a horse of a different color. Resistance in speaker cables will effect the output volume.Good point...

Speaker Wire
Do you get 19.8 ohms on both the left and right when the switch is in the B position?

When the switch is in the stereo position measure both left an right as the speakers are now on separate signal chains. You are just measuring each speaker.
Also, in looking at the Cliff stereo switched jack, you could eliminate your switch by using the Cliff jack for the right jack and use its switches.
