Yep, I did. I’m “all for“ encouraging talent.
It seems like a lot of creative, and talented, people seem to skip over the importance of “good capture”, and we miss out on a lot of really cool music because of it.

I had no idea that there was any of it...I'm going to be looking into this. I'm sure I can probably find something equivalent for the android...your recordings sound excellent and I am surprised to know they were done with a phone!

There's hope for me yet! Lol

If you can find a used one, with a decent amount of memory(I like my old 64Gig model, but it’s a 2 and can’t be updated anymore). The form factor is good, and really easy for me to deal with...ergonomically.

That said, an old laptop would get you going with Reaper....it’s all different branches of the rabbit hole...

Thanks Don. Appreciate your advice. I'm going to look into this a bit more, I think I have an old laptop somewhere around here.
 
LRT and I are working on a new one tonight

I was curious: does anybody else write out their song structures like this? I realize that this probably looks like gibberish to you seasoned veterans of the songwriter wars...but it (said gibberish) makes sense to me, and as long as I know what's going on, I am good to go...but I am also pretty new to this "arrangement" thing...

Thoughts, TTR?

So as long as I know what my own notation means, I don't want to worry about what some other guy might think of it. Good to know. Thanks man. I just wondered if this was so unique it qualifies as autism or not...lol or being a bass player....lol! Kidding, of course....
