Gibson already sued PRS for it's single cut guitar!

PRS initially lost the suit in 2004, but PRS appealed.

The initial ruling against PRS was overturned in 2005 by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

So, in the end PRS prevailed against Gibson.

I suspect this may be one reason Gibson didn't include Dean's single-cut model in this latest lawsuit. They've tried that once already and lost,

Vaguely being the key here--- and HOW long was the MODERNE OUT of production? ANd how many even sold ----Id warrant Dean sells more gutiars with their headstock shape which is obviously a V not Picasso esque V --- in a month than GIBBO sold Modernes ever---total---

I think the truth is Dean has a Bigger Dick and Gibson is Jealous ........hey -- its what I heard ----

I've been reading lot on this and I'm beginning to think Gibson knows they won't win every allegation. I think they're swinging with the biggest hammer they have in one big swing, hoping they'll, at least, drive home a nail or two.

Im guessing Deans attorney will be ALL OVER that.

No argument. But, this will be decided by a jury. Gibson requested a jury. I think Gibson believes they can sway a jury.

I wish I was a Layer---Id be applying at GIBSON ASAP--- those attorneys are going to BE REALLY BUSY for DECADES to COME suing the PLANET ................
