I'm not scared.

It’s best you not dabble in the hidden “Order of the Vibrato”, then.

Those who attempt to do so, without the proper Calling and Rites of Initiation, risk being driven to Madness and Insanity.

I have offered up the requisite sacrifices to daemonium de vibrato on my most recent project, "Road To Hell." You would love the dramatic harmonic dive, and the old Strat came back to pitch!!!!

well Don-- I wanted to hear the Mesa tonight--- so I pulled the OL Patriot from its usual resting place ABOVE the door in my office................

1987 edition -- beat and banged -- walnut finish --ish--been up there at least 2 months-- pulled down plugged in high E was 2 cents flat-- 5 of 6 dead on--- PEAVEY! BUWAHAHAHAHAHAH

A two-fer tonight. Someone was “under the weather” at rehearsal this evening, so I got to do some noodling on the Stoner Burst...after some wailing on the V. It’s ALL good...to me.

I definitely must do a Stoner Stroll with these two, and the recording gear...

U sure know me, DON. I sure like medium to big necks. Narrow nut widths and super thin necks and my big slow fingers aren't ideal combinations.
Then this V might not be for you. I like the club necks too, but this V is more in line with my LP Studio’s slim taper, from open to 5th fret....then it starts to open up a bit wider. My guess would put it in the ballpark of your 75ish SG for overall feel. It’s very comfy for me from 5th fret up. The lower frets are good too, but not like an old fashioned baseball bat neck.

Thanks, Don. If I came across one, I would simply have to handle it and give em a test drive.
Yeah, my 76 has a decently wide neck past fret 5 or so,,,,,,,,,,, from 0-5 it gets pretty narrow at the 1 9/16 nut. The one saving thing is the neck is pretty thick fatness wise.
