Your go to amp

So many here have posted their gear and yes, I agree...its porn to me..
But than again, I feel that most here are pros with their gear...:celebrate:

Sigh, so many beautiful and toneful amps.
It's like porn, looking at them all.

My most used amp is a Danelectro Honeytone with a home made line out that cuts the stock speaker, and routes it into a home made cabinet with a 10" speaker out of an old Bassman.
It's my shed amp. The one that I use to test repairs and such.

I had a Micro Cube that eSGEe now has, also with the nifty little line out jack.
That was a handy little thing as well, being battery powered.

Right now I currently have...
Mesa Rectoverb 25 combo
Marshall DSL15 combo
Marshall 5010 combo
Marshall 8240 combo
Home built 18 watt Trinity Marshall TMB combo
Bogner Alchemist
Boss Katana 50
All with 12" speakers. Mostly Celestion Vintage 30's

This list could change at a moments notice.
THat Micro Cube is typically the go to SUnday morning coffee and jazz at low volume amp-- it is WONDERFUL for that --- full rich great tone at low volume -- but you CAN run it into a 1x12 Panama cab and SCREAM with the MEsa Model!!!!

I still haven’t played one

I love this video

Last Saturday the other bands used Line 6 Helix AXE EFX-3 in the PA and they sounded neutered no balls
I almost ordered a AXE EFX-3. I play on the edge of out of control life is to short for solid state.

oh, man....
I've been digging the JOYO Zombie a lot, for convenience, I suppose. It's gainy, tight, aggressive, and small. It pushes a 4x12 no problem. Put an EQ in the loop and it's instant AAAAARRRRGGGHHH metal...

For louder aggression, and for more "Marshally" type aggression, I'm all about the TSL100. It's voiced a bit more 'modern' yet still has that classic Marshall sound...nice lead tones for sure. Shitty cleans, and a shitty loop.

For jamming with the band, it's been the Mesa Triple RectrumFryer, because it's intercourse' awesome and that's why.

For classic sounds, I like my DSL100H. This one hasn't been getting much use....until recently when my Friedman BE-OD arrived.

Since then, it's been all DSL. It has turned into an absolute monster with the Friedman up front.

....I guess I don't really have a "main" amp....

I could just imagine what it would be like all could get together...
Be better than any concert/college party we ever went to
Yeah right!!! LOL

all you old guys would be passed out before 9pm...

I'd have to sharpie your mugs and put raw hot dogs in your pockets to find when you wake up....

:hide::hide::hide:

LOL y'all know I'm just kiddin'

....I'm damn near 40 myself....what the hell happened to the time??
