Love pipe organs.

And those of us that’s been around the block a couple times can almost always pick out of the crowd a B3 in a song. I suppose with 21 century technology it can more or less be digitally duplicated….. but the original is still the best.

And for the sake of this Illinois boy…. Neil Doughty of REO had a B3 on stage.

Forgot about REO. I saw them at the Wood County Fair in Marshfield Wi. along with Head East. Had to be around 76' or so.

Saw REO the first time around 83. Cedar Rapids IA. Wheels are Turning tour. Cheap Trick opened. Saw them 3 or 4 more times after that. Each time in the Quad Cities.

Nothing and I mean nothing beats the sound of a B-3 with heavy percussion through an overdriven Lesile!!
