Kiko is very cool ...From the list? Honestly none of them. All are or were brilliant but most of them are largely feel players with unique styles that couldnt really be taught.
I’ve been in a Kiko Loureiro (ex-Megadeth) rabbit hole for months. He’s obviously got metal chops but he’s well versed in Brazilian music, jazz, and many other styles. He explains theory in a way even a dumb-ass like me can understand. This interview is a good example of his range.
If I had to choose one, I think #9 Knopfler…I could learn a lot from any of them, but he would probably have the most impact on where I stand right now.
